Isabel Bereczky lives and works in Boorloo, WA. Interested in contemporary portraiture, forensic archives, and true crime, Bereczky engages with forensic aesthetics and methodologies through her drawing, painting, photography and sculptural work. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Art from Curtin University and is a member of Gotham Studios.

Her recent project New Balance 3090 V2 presented one of two New Balance sneakers discovered in February 2016, near Port Renfrew, British Columbia. Disarticulated human feet remained inside the sneakers at the time of the discoveries.
